Born in Odessa, Ukrainian SSR, USSR. Information about the city of birth varies - Kremenchug or Odessa is indicated. He spent his childhood in the Poltava region. His father is a deputy of the city council of Kremenchug. Vitaly studied at Kremenchug Lyceum No. 4. From an early age, Vitaly was interested in music.
